Rentals Not Allowed

Lot/Home Rentals are not allowed according to Venture Out Rules & Regulations.  Lot owners found to be renting will be fined according to the schedule for violations found in the R&R. This applies to long term and short term rentals. Lot owners sharing their places with family and friends for a vacation visit to the area is permitted.
