There is a $500 Transfer-Initiation fee, which is due the day the transaction/sale takes place.

Lot owners will share equally to cover the cost of this capital improvement (162 lot owners). Current monthly dues & assessments ($220 per month) include a $50 per month assessment which is being placed in a designated account for the WWTP project.
