Venture Out at Gatlinburg is located adjacent to the Smoky Mountain National Park in Cosby, TN.  We are a resort community of full and part-time residents.  Please explore our website and contact us with any questions which may arise.

From time to time lots/homes are for sale by the private owners.  Please check the "Lots for Sale" link in the menu above.

Lot Owners can now register for access to the membership area of the website. You will need to request the access code and instructions from Allen Hendricks, Board Chair (and our current webmaster).

Open board meeting on Nov. 15, 2025, 10:00 am in the Rec Hall. All lot owners are invited to attend.

Plan ahead, January meeting will be on the 10^th.  (No meeting in December.)

Venture Out Christmas Party, December 6, 2025

Our Christmas Party is on December 6, at 3:00 pm in the Rec Hall. There will be a Christmas Cookie Exchange, Gift Exchange, and Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest. Lot owners are encouraged to bring their favorite cookies to share. If participating in the Gift Exchange, it is asked that a minimum of $20 be spent on a gender neutral gift.

Building permits are required for any and all changes to be made outside your homes.  Please see the office manager to submit your change/building requests for board approval.

Lot owners at Venture Out who need access to the member portion of our website should contact the office.  We will send the registration instructions and access code. An email address is required as part of your registration.
